(00:05:00) ITEM 5: Magnolia Montessori Academy requests a 2’ variance to allow a maximum fence height of 8’, in lieu of the 6’ maximum height for fences within rear yards and interior side yards; and a 4’ variance to allow a maximum fence height of 8’, in lieu of the 4’ maximum height for fences within front and street side yards specified by Section 4.4.3 of the City’s Land Development Code, in order to construct an eight-foot high chain-link fence with a 5’ minimum setback from the right-of-way for S.
